Quality Assurance and Marketing Research
If you stay at a Sobriquet Hotel or Resort (regardless of whether or not your reservation was made through Sobriquethotels.com), personal information forming a part of the transaction record of your stay may be made available to (insert name and contact information of survey company.)
Use of Tracking Pixels
Sobriquet Web sites may contain electronic images known as Web beacons - sometimes called single-pixel gifs - that allow SobriquetHotels to count users who have visited those pages. Web beacons do not access your personal information; they are a technique we use to compile aggregated statistics about Sobriquet Web site usage. Business Transfers
As we continue to develop our business, we may buy or sell hotels and other assets. In such transactions, customer information is generally one of the transferred business assets and we reserve the right to include personal information collected on our web sites as an asset in any such transfer. Also, in the unlikely event that we, or substantially all of our assets, are acquired, customer information may be one of the transferred assets.
